The immigration authorites in Denmark have been reorganized

From  October 1st 2015 work permits are handled by the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration. These cases were previously handled by the Danish Immigration Service

Family reunifications are still handled by the Danish Immigration Service. The Danish Immigration Service also handles all applications for permanent residence permits.

The Danish Immigration Service and the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration are both offices under the Danish Ministry of Immigration, Integration and Housing.
